WORKING CONDITIONS / CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO

If the client owns a custom work will be the propietor of the artwork, but the difussion rights and copyright are of the author.

30% of the advance payment will be request by Bank Tranfer or PayPal (preferably). The rest payment will be made once the work and before it´ll sent.

Client and artist will agree on dates of completion and delivery, as weel as characteristics of the artwork, therefore returns of the works will not be accepted.

Si el cliente desea adquirir un trabajo personalizado éste será el propietario de la obra, pero la difusión de ésta y los derechos de Copyright seguirán perteneciendo a la autora.

Se pedirá el 30% por adelantado mediante transferencia bancaria o PayPal (preferiblemente). El resto del pago se realizará al terminar el encargo y siempre antes de ser enviada la obra al cliente.

Cliente y artista acordarán una fecha de realización y entrega, además de las caracterÃsticas del trabajo, por ello no se aceptarán devoluciones de los trabajos.
